Soft Melody Candles offers handcrafted candles made with 100% soy wax and scented oils. We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, and pricing accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

 

3. Candle Safety Disclaimer

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Candles should never be left unattended while burning.

  • Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable objects, and drafts.

  • Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

  • Discontinue use if the candle container becomes damaged.

Soft Melody Candles is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

 

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

 

5. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Soft Melody Candles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Allergies & Sensitivities Disclaimer

Our candles contain scented oils. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review ingredient information carefully before purchasing. If you have sensitivities, discontinue use immediately.
