Thank you for shopping with Soft Melody Candles. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or related products.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging 

  • Include your order number in your message

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Scent preferences or strength expectations 
  • Improper candle care or misuse 
  • Heat-related melting or cosmetic changes during shipping 
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout 
  • Orders reported after the 48-hours window 

 

4. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our candles are made with scented oils. Soft Melody Candles is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including returned or refused packages.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Soft Melody Candles may result in order denial for future purchases. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns.

 

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
